National Bioethics Committee deliberates on the following matters according to 「BIOETHICS AND SAFETY ACT」 Article 7

  • Research for which it is permitted to use embryonic stem cell lines
  • Exemption from the examination of research on human materials
  • Restrictions on genetic test Other matters tabled by the chairperson of the National Committee deemed likely to substantially affect society in connection with bioethics and biosafety
