- Making and preservation of records and disclosure of information
- Research for which it is permitted to use residual embryos
- Categories, subject-matter, and the scope of research
- Research for which it is permitted to use embryonic stem cell lines
- Exemption from the examination of research on human materials
- Restrictions on genetic test Other matters tabled by the chairperson of the National Committee deemed likely to substantially affect society in connection with bioethics and biosafety
